Owen and Colin came to us with the concept of album packaging that directly referenced the Folksway Records 12″ releases which feature a pasted on panel that wraps around a standard black cover. This was before the era where we had discovered sheet-gluing and leatherette, so to produce the results we used a black textured stock to create the jacket and then printed on a label stock (aka sticker paper) which we then hand positioned and applied. Something we had always wanted to do and they look really sharp. There is also a booklet and CD version, but we had have to dig those up from our home collections.
