As far as colours go, this is one of the best looking jackets we’ve ever done. Initially we were concerned that the brightness of James’ illustrations would be dulled by printing on an off-white stock, but the stock just soaked up the ink in an amazing way (took forever to dry!) where the colours look incredibly rich. We’ll have to dig up the 12″ version, it’s pretty intense too. And the tipped-in poster insert was also a great element, selecting the right pantone colour to match the bird’s feathers.
